Refund policy

Returns are accepted for up to 7 days from the date of delivery with a full refund of the item amount (excl. delivery charges). All products due for returns must be shipped to Khitati head office at:

90 Allaudin Road CMA Colony Lahore, Cantt Pakistan 54000

Items must be in packed condition as received. If you have opened the plastic wrapping, please do not send us the product as it will break during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, Khitati takes full responsibility. Please contact us with photos of the damage and we will replace the item free of charge.
