Refund policy

Returns are accepted for up to 10 days from the date of delivery with a full refund of the item amount (excl. delivery charges). All products due for returns must be shipped to Khitati head office at:

Items must be in packed condition as received. If you have opened the plastic wrapping, please do not send us the product as it will break during shipping.
